ANYTIME I WANTED A PIE OR PIE CRUST MADE HER DAUGHTERS ALWAYS MADE THEM FOR ME. THEY DID VERY WELL MAKING THEM. THEY SAID THE SECRET IS TO WORK FAST AND NOT HANDLE THE DOUGH TOO MUCH.
