1 1/4 cshortening

1egg, well beaten

How To Make never fail pie crust

1Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar.

2Pour water into flour mixture all at once. Blend with spoon just until flour is moistened.

3Crust can be handled easy and can be re-rolled without toughening. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
