1 1/2 clow-fat cottage cheese

3eggs

1 Tbsprum flavoring or vanilla

1 1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice

2 ccooked pumpkin

5 Tbspbrown sugar or sugar substitute

1/2 tspsalt

1graham cracker pie crust (8 inch)
How To Make low-cal pumpkin cottage pie

1Blend cottage cheese, eggs, rum flavoring and spice in blender until very smooth. Combine pumpkin, sugar and salt. Stir in cottage cheese mixture. Pour into pre-baked pie shell. Bake in 275 degree oven for 60 minutes. Chill before serving.
