Ingredients For lemon fluff

1 can12 oz of evaporated milk - very cold

1 1/2 csugar

3lemons juiced

1sleeve of graham crackers, crushed

1/2 cbutter, melted
How To Make lemon fluff

1CRUST: mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan

2whip milk until thick with a mixer,add sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust and freeze.

3In the summer I like to serve with fresh fruit
