    flour, heaping
  • butter, size of a walnut
  • 1 c
    milk

    eggs, seperated
  • 1
    lemon (juice of and grated rind)
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1
    bottom crust

How To Make lemon custard pie

  • 1
    Rub together butter, sugar and flour; add egg yolks, lemon and milk; stir in beaten egg whites. Bake one hour in moderate oven.
