Ingredients For judy's pecan pie

  • 1
    unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3
    eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla

How To Make judy's pecan pie

  • 1
    Mix sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Then add beaten eggs, vanilla and pecans.

    Place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 mins.

    Then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35-45 mins until the middle doesn't jiggle a lot.
