Those diet sugars are so unhealthy so I created this with no sugar at all but you would never know it. With the Wileys seasoning you do not need any sugar. It was quite good

Ingredients For individual diet sweet potato pies

  • 1 can
    (2 pound) yams (sweet potatoes) drained and 1/2 cup liquid reserved)
  • 1 pkg
    wileys sweet potato and yam seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 6
    egg roll wraps

How To Make individual diet sweet potato pies

  • 1
    drain all but 1/2 cup liquid and put both in a bowl, mash slightly and add the vanilla and seasoning’s.

    on a dry surface put a egg roll wrapper and place 1/6 of mixture in a diagonal on egg roll wrapper, moisten all edges and roll as you would an egg roll.

    heat a Teflon skillet and dry fry each side and serve. No oil is needed and no sugar is added.
