This coconut custard pie makes its own crust!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This coconut custard pie is one of the easiest pie recipes. As it bakes, the coconut rises to the top and becomes toasted and caramelized. With a creamy vanilla custard flavor, no one will guess this is a one-step pie recipe. For some extra flair, serve with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
