jean's holiday pie
My mother always made this at Christmas. Delicious!! Easy and no-bake. This recipe makes two pies. You can make your own crust or buy a premade graham cracker crust.

How To Make jean's holiday pie

1This recipe makes two pies. To make each pie crust, use 1 package of graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup butter for each. Put graham crackers in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Put graham crackers, sugar, and butter in a pie pan. Mix. Use a fork and press crumbles in the pan and up the sides. Put in refrigerator.

2Combine milk and juice. Add extract, cherries, and nuts. Reserve some cherries for garnish.

3Whip the cream with the sugar and fold it into the fruit mixture.

4Put the fruit mixture in shells. Garnish with cherries and pecans.

5Refrigerate 16-24 hours.
