1unbaked pie shell, homemade or store bought

3eggs, beaten

1 1/2 csugar

1 stickbutter, softened

1 tspvanilla extract

1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1 cshredded coconut
How To Make french coconut pie

1Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, add lightly beaten eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order.

2Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set in center and golden brown on top (center should not jiggle) Remove from oven and let cool completely. Yum!
