easy peezy cheesecake

I make this simple cheesecake for all family special occasions. It has even been requested as birthday gifts :) The longer it is refrigerated, the thicker it will become. Making it the day before is ideal. You can also vary the amount of lemon juice to make it more/less tart. The result is a very creamy dessert that is a definite crowd pleaser!

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1/4 clemon juice
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1graham cracker pie crust

1 canyour choice of topping (cherry, strawberry, etc.)
How To Make easy peezy cheesecake

1Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely blended.

2Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until completely blended.

3Put in pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add desired topping and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
