easy peezy cheesecake

I make this simple cheesecake for all family special occasions. It has even been requested as birthday gifts :) The longer it is refrigerated, the thicker it will become. Making it the day before is ideal. You can also vary the amount of lemon juice to make it more/less tart. The result is a very creamy dessert that is a definite crowd pleaser!

Ingredients For easy peezy cheesecake

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can
    your choice of topping (cherry, strawberry, etc.)

How To Make easy peezy cheesecake

    Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely blended.

    Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until completely blended.

    Put in pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add desired topping and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
