2 Tbspquick=cooking tapioca

1 csugar

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspcinnamon

2 tsplemon juice

5 capplel (diced) i used gala

2 Tbspbutter

pastry for 2 crust pie
How To Make country apple pie

1Combine cream, tapioca, sugar,salt, and spices in a bowl.

2Add thinly sliced apples and toss to mix.

3Spoon half of mixture into pastry lined pie pan.

4Fill around edges and pack well.Dot with butter.

5Add remaining apple mixture. Adjust top crust and flute edges' cut vents. Brush top lightly with milk.

6Bake in hot oven 400 degrees 50-60 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
