chocolate cobbler
A cousin of mine gave me this chocolate cobbler recipe and honestly it is the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.

6 Tbspbutter, unsalted

1 cself rising flour

1 3/4 csugar

1 1/2 Tbspcocoa powder

1/2 cwhole milk

1/4 ccocoa powder

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 cboiling water
How To Make chocolate cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Melt butter in an 8x8 baking dish while the oven preheats. Stir together the flour, 3/4 C. sugar, 1 1/2 T. cocoa.

3Stir in milk and vanilla till smooth. Spoon this mixture over the melted butter. Stir together the remaining cup of sugar and 1/4 C. cocoa powder.

4Sprinkle over the batter mixture. Slowly pour the boiling water over the top of the mixture.

5Bake for 30 minutes.
