This is my husband most favourite unbaked cheese cake. He asks for it as his birthday cake every year. It really is a pie not a cake, so simple to make and absolutely great tasting. This pie gets great raves from all who eats it.

Ingredients For cherrio cheese pie

2 pkgcream cheese

1 cansweeten condensed milk
-
1/3 creal lemon juice or juice of 2 lemons

1lemon zest, grated

1 cancherry pie filling or your choice

1graham cracker pie crust
How To Make cherrio cheese pie

1Cream the cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth and creamy about 10 minutes.

2Add in the lemon juice and zest. Mix for about 1-2 minutes. Pour into the graham cracker pie crust. Add the cherry pie filling on top and refrigerate for at least 4hours or over night.

3Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.
