this is a very easy desert to make, i was making a no bake cheese cake and decided to add peanut butter, i was surprised how good it turned out and just had to share

    oreo crust
  • 2 pkg
    8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can
    14 oz can of condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    real vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 1
    8oz tub of coolwhip
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice

    mix all ingredients in mixing bowl

    using paddle, mix on medium for 3 min

    scrap into crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
