I made this today and it is delicious. Pieces have already been given to neighbors. SO easy and I picked the blackberries myself.

Ingredients For blackberry pie

  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    blackberries
  • 2
    refrigerated pie crusts

How To Make blackberry pie

  • 1
    Combine sugar, flour, corn starch and salt; toss with blackberries. Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry or I buy already made. Add blackberry mixture. Adjust top crust; cut slits to allow steam to escape. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
