This is so simple and so good, and I got it from the back of a Cool Whip top! This is a staple for parties and holidays!!

Ingredients For apple cider cheesecake

1 mdgraham cracker pie crust

1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

4 Tbspsour cream
-
1/2 ccool whip
-
1 canapple pie filling
-
4 pkgapple cider drink mix, in powder form.

1 tspeach cinnamon/nutmeg

1 smgranola bar to crush and sprinkle on top.
How To Make apple cider cheesecake

1In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add all but the apples. Mix well.

2In the pie shell, spread 1/2 a can of apple pie filling in each. This recipe makes two smaller pies easy.

3Pour onto the apples and chill for 1-1.5 hours. I sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg on the top. You can also sprinkle a crushed granola bar on top.
