Ingredients For angel pecan pie

3egg whites
-
1 csugar
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspvanilla
-
24ritz crackers, crushed
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
-
1/2 cchopped dates (optional and i never add)

1small container cool whip
How To Make angel pecan pie

1Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder gradually. Add vanilla. Mix in crushed crackers and pecan. Fold into meringue (egg whites) gradually with spoon. Spoon into a 9" greased pie plate - (no other crust)

2Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Once cool serve with 2 tablespoons of cool whip and sprinkle of pecans.
