    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    heavy cream, warmed slightly
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    egg whites, beaten stiff

How To Make amish angel cream pie

  • 1
    In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt. Slowly stir in warmed cream and vanilla.

    In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and add to the sugar mixture.

    Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 10 minutes.

    Reduce oven heat to 325º and continue baking for 15-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
