Ingredients For sweet corn pecan bread

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    cornmeal
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make sweet corn pecan bread

    Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease bottom and sides of loaf pan with cooking spray.

    In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in eggs and corn until well mixed
  • 3
    Stir in flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt, just until blended. Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour to 60-75 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 45 minutes), before slicing.
