Ingredients For rhubarb crisp

  • 4 c
    rhubarb, cut into 3/4" pieces
  • 1 can
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats ( i used quick oats)
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

How To Make rhubarb crisp

  • 1
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon and put into a glass baking dish.
  • 2
    Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter and sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
