Pumpkin did someone say pumpkin. I love anything pumpkin and this is a great treat for fall.

Ingredients For pumpkin fudge

  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    light corn syrup
  • 3/4 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts optional i love to use chopped pistachio

How To Make pumpkin fudge

    Grease and 8 x 8 pan and set aside.

    Combine sugar, milk, corn syrup, pumpkin, and salt in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly and reduce heat to a simmer and heat until 232 degrees on a candy thermometer do not stir. Remove from heat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit until cooled to lukewarm 110 degrees.

    Beat mixture until it is very thick and lost some of its gloss. Pour into prepared pan and let harden. Cut into squares
