Ingredients For peanut butter cream cheese delight

  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) room temp cream cheese
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter (any brand)
  • 2 box
    powdered sugar (32 oz) approx 7 cups
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract (optional, but makes a huge difference)
  • 2 box
    (smallest boxes) instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    (16 oz) tub cool whip
  • 1 bag
    peanut butter cups (crushed) (10-12 oz bag)
  • 3 c
    graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 stick
    melted butter
  • 2/3 c
    sugar

How To Make peanut butter cream cheese delight

    Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press down in 9x13 baking dish or pan and cover bottom completely. Mix first 4 ingredients together and spread over graham cracker crust.

    In a mixing bowl mix pudding and milk for 5 minutes, spread over peanut butter mixture. Next spread tub of cool whip over pudding and sprinkle crushed peanut butter cups on top and freeze for an hour before serving. I like to keep mine in the freezer until 30 mins before serving and then set out to thaw a little. Enjoy :)
