update! I got the person name who originally posted this! Courtney Luper. she is on facebook her group is called getting skinny with Courtney. cant wait to try this version of pizza crust. again, I made one that is posted under my recipes. so I am excited to try this!!!

Ingredients For low carb no dough pizza

8 ozcream cheese

2 lgeggs
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 cparmesan cheese
How To Make low carb no dough pizza

1preheat oven 350
-
2lightly spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.

3mix cream cheese, eggs, blk pepper, garlic powder, and Parm cheese.

4spread into baking dish.

5bake for 15-20 mins., or until golden brown. cool crust for 10 mins or so.

6add pizza sauce and any toppings of your choice. bake an additional 8-10 mins. or until cheese is melted! Enjoy!
