Ingredients For gelatin ice cream dessert

  • 1 pkg
    ( 3 ounce) strawberry, orange, raspberry or peach gelatin
  • 1 pt
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 2/3 c
    diced strawberries or mandarin oranges or raspberries or peaches (if using canned fruits, drain well)

How To Make gelatin ice cream dessert

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2
    Add vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted.

    Add fruit and pour into dessert glasses or a serving bowl, or a mold.. Chill until set.
