- FROSTING INGREDIENTS

2 cpowdered sugar

1 tsplemon peeel grated

2 tspfresh lemon juice

How To Make frosted lemon bars

1Mix butter, 1/2 brown sugar, 1c flour Press mixture into bottom of ungreaesd baking pan 9×13 Bake @ 350 10 min.

2Beat eggs ,1c brown sugar,vanilla until foamy Beat in 1/4c flour,baking powder,lemon peel,lemon juice ,salt Stir in coconut an almonds Spread over crust Bake 25min Cool completely

3Mix all ingredients for frosting Use enough milk until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency

4Cut into bars 3×1 in. Yields 3 dozen bars
