Ingredients For cream cheese pastry

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    egg, separated
  • 2 can
    crescent rolls (pillsbury)

How To Make cream cheese pastry

  • 1
    Lay one can of crescent rolls in an ungreased 9X13 pan. Beat together 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk.

    Spread on top of crescents.
  • 3
    Lay the 2nd can of crescent roll on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 4
    Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
