This is my cousin Kathy's recipe. My health nut husband is always willing to break a diet for these!

Ingredients For cheesecake bars
- FOR CRUST

1 lgeggs

1 stickbutter or margarine

1 pkgyellow cake mix - no pudding added
- TOPPING

16 ozcream cheese, room temperature

2 lgeggs

1 boxpowdered sugar

1 pinchsalt
How To Make cheesecake bars

1Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients for the crust and press into an ungreased 9x13 pan.

2Mix the eggs, salt and cream cheese for the topping. Gradually add the sugar

3Bake uncovered in the oven for at least 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. I usually end up cooking it for closer to 45 minutes.
