Ingredients For cheese cake in a jar
- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST LAYER

1 cgraham cracker crumbs

1 tspbrown sugar

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 cmelted butter
- CHEESE CAKE LAYER
-
8 ozcream cheese, room temp.

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 csour cream
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 tsplemon or orange zest
- OPTIONAL BLUEBERRY TOPPING

1 can20 oz blueberry pie filling

1/4 tsppure almond extract
How To Make cheese cake in a jar

1Graham Cracker Crust - combine all of the graham cracker crust ingredients, put about 3 TBSP each into 6 half-pint canning jars.

2Cheese cake layer - place all of the cheesecake ingredients in the bowl of a mixer, whip until smooth and fluffy. divide evenly among the 6 canning jars over the graham curst layer.

3Blueberry layer(or any flavor you like to top your cheesecake with) - mix fruit filling with extract and divide evenly among the 6 jars over the cheesecake layer.

4place lids on jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.

5Optional - add a dollop of whipped cream to the tops of the jars and sprinkle with a little nutmeg! ENJOY!!
