Ingredients For blueberry cheesecake

1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 cquaker one minute oats
-
1 stickbutter, melted
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts
- CREAM CHEESE FILLING

1 pkgcream cheese (8oz)
-
1 cansweetened condensed milk (14oz)

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/3 clemon juice
- BLUEBERRY TOPPING

2 cblueberries
-
1 Tbspcorn starch
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1/8 tspnutmeg
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make blueberry cheesecake

1Combine first 5 ingredients and press into a sprayed 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10 minutes and let cool.

2Combine filing ingredients and mix on high for 4 minutes. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

3Combine all topping ingredients and bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes to thicken. Remove and set aside to cool. Pour over cheesecake after it has been refrigerated for 1 hour.

4Refrigerate for another hour and then serve!
