1/3 cbrown sugar

2/3 cbutter, melted

1/4 cquick cooking oats

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cflour

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 cfinely chopped pecans (optional)

caramel ice cream topping
- FILLING

4 pkg(8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
3/4 csour cream
-
4eggs
-
1 3/4 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg
-
2 capples, peeled, cored and slioed
How To Make apple crisp cheesecake

1Crust: Combine all ingredients. Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 10 inch springform pan. Chill.

2Topping: Combine all ingredients, except caramel ice cream topping, until crumbly. Set aside.

3Filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and sour cream for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well on low speed. Add spices and vanilla. Pour into crust. Spread apples over filling. Sprinkle topping ingredients, which have been mixed, on top.

4Bake at 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack, Chill overnight.

5Serve with 1 tablespoon of caramel ice cream topping over each slice.
