almost no bake pumpkin dessert
I was in charge of bringing dessert to a 'girl's night in' last night and was hungry for pumpkin however did not want to go to the store again. I came up with this. It is very rich,but really good.

Ingredients For almost no bake pumpkin dessert

crust of choice

1 cansweetened condensed milk

16 oz canpumpkin
-
1 box(sm) vanilla or butterscotch pudding

1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspnutmeg and ginger

1 Tbspmolasses or brown sugar

8 ozcool whip
How To Make almost no bake pumpkin dessert

1Make or purchase a crust of your choice. This could be graham cracker, pie crust, or I used sugar cookie dough. This can be made in a spring form pan or a pie pan. Make as instructed with recipe.

2Filling: Beat sweetened condensed milk until fluffy. add pudding and spices and mix. Fold in pumpkin and 1/2 the cool whip. Put filling in crust. Top with the remainder of the cool whip.

3Refrigerate or freeze for a couple hours before serving.
