4 lgapples (cored, peeled and sliced)

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/2 cdried cranberries
-
vanilla ice cream
How To Make warm apple saute with ice cream

1Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Add apple slices and saute 6 to 8 minutes.

2Add brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and dried cranberries. Cook for 2 minutes more.

3Scoop the ice cream into dessert bowls and top with the warm apples. Refrigerate any leftovers. May substitute raisins for cranberries if you prefer.
