This guilt-free, vegan, no ice cream machine necessary ice cream is my go-to during stressful days. It's healthy and refreshing, and gives me all the flavor of my favorite frozen treat without all the sugar and dairy that makes me sick!

3 mdbananas (frozen)

3 Tbspnon-dairy milk

1 tspmint extract

1 1/2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa
How To Make vegan mint chocolate ice cream

1Chop up the bananas in a food processor or blender (I use a Vitamix).

2Add the mint, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.

3Enjoy straight from the blender!

4Freeze any leftovers in an air tight Tupperware container. When removed from freezer, let thaw for 3-5 minutes before eating.
