I love coffee ice cream, this recipe is so quick and easy.

Ingredients For super easy coffee ice cream

  • 3 Tbsp
    instant coffee (more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee flavor)
  • 2 Tbsp
    water (enough to make a thick runny paste)
  • 1 can
    condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream

How To Make super easy coffee ice cream

    place coffee and water in a small bowl and mix

    add condensed milk to coffee....mix well

    In a large bowl, add whipping cream, and coffee mixture.. with electric mixer on medium, whip mixture till thick and creamy.

    place mixture in a freezer safe container. let firm and enjoy...!
