I'm making these for my grandchildren and myself, they are so good and good for you! Better than store boughtpopsicles.

Ingredients For summers fruit & yogurt pops

  • 2 c
    mixed fruit, like all kinds of berries and bananas, sliced
  • 2 c
    low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 8
    small paper cups, like from dixie
  • 8
    popsicle sticks
  • foil

How To Make summers fruit & yogurt pops

  • 1
    Place the fruit, yogurt and sugar into a blender. Cover, blend until smooth. Fill paper cups, 3/4" full. Cover w/ a strip of foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of foil.

    Place pops in freezer for 5 hrs to set. Remove foil , peel off paper cups. Enjoy!
