3 Tbspchambord raspberry liquor

How To Make strawberry-buttermilk sherbet (sorbet/sherbert)

1Combine berries and agave nectar in a blender; process until smooth (about 1 minute). Add buttermilk, process until well blended.

2Add liqueur; pulse to mix. Add juice, if desired. Chill mixture 1 hour.

3Pour into freezer can of ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
