This is an unsual kind of Ice Cream but I promise that you and your family will like or love once you try this ice cream...Enjoy

Ingredients For spinach ice cream

  • 2-3
    frozen bananas,as ripe as possible
  • 2-3 dash
    of peppermint extract
  • 1/16 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    or more frozen spinach,drained
  • if you dont like spinach you can sub for food green food coloring or omit completely.
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk of your choice
  • chocolate chips or cacao nibs

How To Make spinach ice cream

  • 1
    Blend everything together in a vita-mix or a blender.Just add more liquid but wont be the same as homemade ice cream.You can use an ice cream scoop for a authentic looking ice cream.
