1Chop bananas into small bits place in covered container. Pour in Half n half and Almond Milk. Shake or Stir briskly. Refrigerate over night. Afterwards crunch with a spoon and stir to enjoy at midday to curb your hunger, or as a before bedtime snack. So Good!
