    unsweetened low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tsp
    rum extract
  • 1/3 c
    canned, water packed fruit cocktail, drained

How To Make good fruit and rum yogurt

    Combine yogurt, evaporated skim milk, and rum extract in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in fruit cocktail.
