Ingredients For stone fruit cobbler

2 1/2 lbpeaches, plums and nectarines, peeled and cut into chunks (about 5 cups)

1 cplus 3 tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsptapioca

3/4 tspground ginger

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspsalt
-
1 cbisquick
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/3 cmilk
How To Make stone fruit cobbler

1In a large bowl, combine fruit, 1 cup of the sugar, the tapioca, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Spoon into a 6-cup shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

2In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick, 2 Tb sp. of the sugar, the butter and milk. Stir until thick batter forms. Dollop heaping tablespoonfuls over fruit.

3Sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar over top. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 minutes, until fruit is bubbly and topping has browned.
