Ingredients For "quick" mixed berry crumble

  • 2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 2 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 c
    sifted flour
  • 2/3 c
    light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make "quick" mixed berry crumble

    Preheat oven to 350. Place berries in a medium bowl.

    Combine flour and brown sugar. Remove 3 T of flour mixture and gently toss with berries. Place berries in an 8" square pan.

    To make topping: Add melted butter to remaining flour mixture; combine well.

    Bake 35-40 minutes until berries start to bubble. Serve warm or room temperature.
