pear cobbler
With pears plentiful I make this cobbler several times in the summer. It is always welcomed by my family and dinner guests!

Ingredients For pear cobbler

4 csliced fresh pears

1/4 cflour
-
1/4 tspginger
-
1 csugar
-
3 Tbspwater

1pillsbury roll out pie crust

1/4 stickbutter
How To Make pear cobbler

1Mix flour, sugar and ginger

2Peel and slice fresh pears

3Mix pears and flour mixture

4Put into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees stirring occasionally until fork tender.

5Remove and cover with pie crust. Dot with butter and bake until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
