peachy, blueberry cobbler
I had just bought some ripe peaches and decided to make a cobbler. I added blueberries just cause I love them so much and it came out wonderfully!

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 tspcinnamon

1 csugar

1/2 tspground nutmeg

7 cpeeled, thick sliced peaches

2 cfresh blueberries

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 cflour
-
8 Tbspsugar

2-1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 ccold unsalted butter, cut up

1-1/4 cmilk

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make peachy, blueberry cobbler

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl combine, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in peaches and blueberries and lemon juice. Spoon into pan, cook 15 mins. Remove from oven.

2In bowl, whisk together flour, 6 tbsp sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.

3Combine in small bowl, 2 tbsp sugar and remaining cinnamon. Drop dough over fruit by tbsp. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon sugar mix. Bake 30 mins, or until top is browned.
