Ingredients For orange glazed strawberry tart
- PASTRY

1 1/2 call purpose flour

3/4 cbutter, softened

1/3 cpowdered sugar

1/4 tspsalt
- TART

pastry as prepared

1 csour cream
-
1 cmilk
-
1 pkgvanilla instant pudding

4 csliced mixed fruit (strawberries, kiwis, peaches, oranges)

1/3 corange marmalade
-
2 Tbsporange flavored liqueur or water
How To Make orange glazed strawberry tart

1Pastry - Mix all pastry ingredients until dough forms. Press dough firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of ungreased tart pan with removable bottom 11x1in or a 12 in pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown, cool completely.

2Mix sour cream, milk and pudding mix with mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes or until blended. Spread over cooled tart shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr but not longer than 4 hrs,

3Arrange fruit on pudding mixture at least 1 hour before serving, Heat marmalade and liqueur over low heat until melted. Cool slightly then spoon over fruit. cover and refrigerate.
