Ingredients For mini cheese cakes

8 ozcream cheese

1egg
-
1/3 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
cherry pie filling
-
vanilla wafers
How To Make mini cheese cakes

1Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

2Mix together and put over 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of a mini cupcake holder. Be sure to use papers. Put 1 tsp of cherry pie filling on top and bake. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
