Ingredients For lemon sponge pie

  • 1 can
    lucky leaf premium lemon pie filling
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2
    egg yolks, beaten
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 9" pastry shell unbaked

How To Make lemon sponge pie

  • 1
    Beat egg whites and sugar to form stiff peaks. Mix pie filling, milk, butter and egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
