These bars are a great snack to keep on hand for when you want something sweet and crunchy, but w/out all the fat.

Ingredients For healthy cranberry oatmeal bars

  • 2 c
    rolled oats, not instant
  • 1 c
    chopped, dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    chopped,unsalted almonds
  • wheat germ
  • 1/2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    non-fat, dry milk powder
  • 1/2 c
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make healthy cranberry oatmeal bars

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" square baking pan w/ cooking spray to prevent sticking. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well.

    Spoon into pan evenly. Bake 25 mins. Cool, cut into bars.
