Decided to try this on a whim one night. They tend to come out a bit crunchier than if you were to bake them but grilling them just seemed appropriate.

Ingredients For grilled apples

skewers (bamboo works best)

5apples, cored and sliced

2 tspbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 tspgranulated sugar

2 tspground cinnamon

1 stickbutter, melted
How To Make grilled apples

1Core and slice the apples as you see fit. Skewer the apple slices. You want to try and get between nine and 10 slices per skewer.

2Melt the butter. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon to the melted butter and stir. Brush over the skewered apples.

3Grill each side of the apples over medium low heat. The sugar should just start caramelizing. Brush any remaining sauce or the apples just before you take them.

4Serve as it is, with ice cream, or with your dessert of choice.
