- CRUST

1 1/2 csifted flour

1/2 csoftened, butter

1/2 cbrown sugar
- FILLING

2eggs, beaten

1 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 cflaked coconut

1 cchopped nuts
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspvanilla

1/4 tspsalt
- FROSTING

1 cconfectioners' sugar

1 Tbspbutter, melted

juiceof one lemon
How To Make ~ grams lemon coconut squares ~

1Crust: Mix all ingredients and pat into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 275 degree F. for 10 minutes, do not over bake. Raise oven temp to 350 degrees. For filling: Mix all ingredients thoroughly, spread over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Frosting: Mix all ingredients and spread over warm bars. Cool & cut into squares and enjoy.
